How do credits work?

Every new install starts with 9 credits, and one video costs 8 — so your first video is free. After that you can buy a credit pack or subscribe for a monthly credit allowance.

My video is taking a long time

Rendering runs on a GPU service and usually takes a few minutes. It continues even if you leave the screen, so you can close the Create tab and come back — the finished video appears in the Videos tab.

Do I need an account?

No. Making videos and browsing the For You feed both work signed out. Sign in with Apple is only needed to publish a video to the feed or to like one.

Where are my videos stored?

On your device. A video is only shared publicly if you choose to publish it to the feed. Deleting the app removes the videos stored on it, so save anything you want to keep to your photo library first.

Restoring a purchase

Open Settings inside the app and choose Restore Purchases. Subscriptions are managed through your Apple Account — you can change or cancel one in the App Store app under your account's Subscriptions.
