These terms cover the Slimetime iOS app. By using the app you agree to them. Apple’s standard licensed application end user licence also applies to the download from the App Store.

What Slimetime is

Slimetime turns a photo you choose into a short slime-drop video. Making videos and browsing the For You feed do not require an account. Sign in with Apple is only required to publish a video to the feed or to like someone else’s.

Slimes

Each new install starts with two free slimes. After that, generating a video spends one slime. Slimes are a virtual good sold through Apple In-App Purchase. They have no cash value, are not transferable, and unused slimes are not refundable except as required by Apple or applicable law. Deleting the app removes slimes stored on the device.

Subscriptions

Slimetime offers two auto-renewable monthly subscriptions, billed through your Apple ID:

Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions, or from Account in Slimetime. A subscription allowance is granted per month elapsed while the plan is active.

Your content

Videos you keep private stay on your device. If you publish to the For You feed, you grant Slimetime a licence to host and display that video so other people can watch it. You are responsible for the photos you upload and the videos you publish. Don’t upload content you don’t have the right to use, and don’t publish anything illegal, sexual involving minors, or that is meant to harass someone. We may remove published videos that break these rules.

The service

Rendering runs on a GPU backend and usually finishes in a few minutes. We try to keep the app working, but we don’t guarantee uptime, a particular render time, or that every photo will produce a result you like. The app is provided as-is.
